Cookie Policy
Miguelito AI | Part of Bricat Media
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Miguelito AI uses cookies, local storage, session technologies and similar tools when you visit or interact with our website.
It also explains how you can manage your preferences, which technologies are necessary for website operation, and when your consent is required.
This policy applies to https://miguelitoai.pro/ and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Miguelito AI operates as part of Bricat Media, based in Paphos, Cyprus, European Union.
We aim to give visitors clear information and meaningful control over optional tracking technologies.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website or service can place on your device through your browser.
They may be used to remember preferences, support website functionality, maintain sessions or collect information about how visitors interact with a website.
We may also use related technologies, including:
Local storage
Browser-based storage that can retain preferences and other information between visits.
Session storage
Browser storage that typically remains available only during the current browser session.
Server-side sessions
Technologies that maintain temporary session information, such as form verification or conversation state.
Analytics identifiers
Identifiers used by analytics systems to distinguish visitors or sessions and measure website activity, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Technical request information
Information processed by our servers when your browser requests a page or submits information.
Server logs are not themselves cookies, but related processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. How We Categorise These Technologies
We distinguish between technologies necessary for website operation and optional technologies used for analytics or other purposes.
Strictly necessary technologies
These support essential website functions, security, form operation and the recording of your privacy preferences.
Where a technology is genuinely necessary to deliver a service you have requested, it may operate without optional cookie consent, in accordance with applicable law.
Analytics technologies
These help us understand website usage, such as which pages are visited and how visitors interact with the website.
Optional Google Analytics tracking is subject to your consent.
Functional technologies
Certain optional features may use browser storage to remember settings or maintain a user-requested interaction.
Whether consent is required depends on the technology's actual purpose and whether it is strictly necessary for the service requested.
Marketing and advertising technologies
We do not describe advertising or remarketing cookies as active on this website unless such technologies have actually been implemented.
If advertising tracking is introduced in the future, the relevant information and consent options must be updated before activation.
3. Strictly Necessary Technologies
Necessary technologies help the website operate securely and provide the functionality requested by visitors.
They may support:
- Remembering cookie preferences.
- Maintaining short-lived form sessions.
- Preventing automated submissions.
- Validating contact requests.
- Supporting secure consultation interactions.
- Protecting administrative interfaces.
- Preventing duplicate transactions or submissions.
- Maintaining essential website functionality.
Necessary technologies are not intended to create advertising profiles.
Their use is limited to the purposes for which they are required.
4. Cookie Consent Preference Storage
Our website uses browser local storage to remember your cookie preferences.
| Property | Details |
|---|---|
| Name | miguelito_cookie_prefs_v1 |
| Provider | Miguelito AI |
| Storage type | Local storage |
| Category | Strictly necessary |
| Purpose | Remembers whether you accepted, rejected or customised optional analytics |
| Duration | Persists until changed or cleared, unless the implementation applies an earlier expiry |
| Optional consent required | No, where used solely to remember privacy choices |
This preference record helps us avoid repeatedly asking you to make the same decision during ordinary website use.
The key is not intended for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can change your preference using the website's cookie controls.
Clearing browser data may remove the saved preference and cause the consent banner to appear again.
5. Website Forms and Security Sessions
Our website provides contact and business consultation forms.
To protect these forms from automated submissions and misuse, we may use temporary server-side sessions and related security mechanisms.
These can support:
- Form validation.
- Short-lived verification challenges.
- Submission integrity.
- Prevention of repeated or automated requests.
- Basic session continuity.
- Security and error handling.
The existing consultation form includes a simple verification challenge and a hidden spam-detection field.
The hidden field itself is not a tracking cookie.
A temporary session identifier may be used where required to operate the form.
On the current production website, the PHP session cookie is named PHPSESSID. It is set as a session cookie (browser lifetime) and the related server session is subject to PHP's configured garbage-collection lifetime (currently 1,440 seconds / 24 minutes of inactivity).
These technologies are not intended for advertising or behavioural profiling.
6. AI Business Consultation Assistant
Where the AI Business Consultation Assistant is available, the website may use temporary technical identifiers or session storage to maintain the continuity of a consultation.
These technologies may help the assistant:
- Keep track of the current conversation.
- Avoid repeating questions.
- Remember the business requirement during the active session.
- Associate responses with the correct conversation.
- Prepare a consultation summary.
- Manage a callback request.
- Prevent duplicate submissions.
- Protect the service against abuse.
Where a session technology is strictly necessary to provide a consultation interaction requested by the visitor, it may operate as an essential technology.
Optional analytics relating to the assistant, however, remain subject to the applicable consent requirements.
The AI assistant's processing of messages and personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
On the current website, the assistant may store a temporary conversation identifier in browser session storage under the key mi_consult_sid. This value lasts for the browser tab/session and is not used for advertising.
Important: Conversation records held on our servers are not necessarily cookies. Their collection, use and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and the relevant operational retention arrangements.
We do not use an AI consultation session as permission to activate unrelated advertising or analytics tracking.
7. Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), where enabled, to understand how visitors use the website and help improve our content and services.
Analytics may help us evaluate:
- Website traffic.
- Pages viewed.
- General traffic sources.
- Device and browser categories.
- Approximate geographic information.
- Website engagement.
- Navigation patterns.
- Interactions with service pages.
- Consultation-related events.
- Successful enquiry conversions where appropriately configured.
Google Analytics is an optional analytics service.
Where consent is required, it must not collect analytics data or set optional analytics cookies before the visitor has provided valid consent.
The currently deployed GA4 measurement identifier is G-43S2WSNFS8.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or complete consultation messages to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics processing is also subject to Google's applicable privacy and data-processing arrangements.
Further information is available at:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11397207
8. Google Analytics Cookie Inventory
The following cookies are commonly used by Google Analytics 4.
The table describes their standard purposes and default durations. Actual deployment and expiration settings may differ according to configuration and browser restrictions.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Default duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors for analytics measurement | 2 years | Optional analytics |
_ga_43S2WSNFS8 |
Google Analytics | Maintains information about an analytics session for measurement ID G-43S2WSNFS8 |
2 years | Optional analytics |
These cookies are not necessary for visitors to browse the website or submit an enquiry.
Where consent is required, they should only be created after valid analytics consent.
Browser restrictions, privacy settings, consent choices and application configuration may shorten their effective lifetime.
If additional cookies are introduced through advertising integrations or other Google services, this inventory must be updated to reflect the actual implementation.
9. Analytics Consent and Tracking Controls
When you first visit our website, you may be presented with a cookie consent interface.
This should allow you to:
- Accept optional analytics.
- Reject optional analytics.
- Review available preferences.
- Change your choices later.
Optional analytics consent should not be preselected.
Rejecting optional analytics must not prevent you from accessing ordinary website content or submitting a business enquiry.
Your consent preference is recorded using the website's consent-management technology.
Where analytics consent has not been granted, optional analytics collection must remain disabled.
When consent is withdrawn, future optional analytics collection must stop, and the consent-management mechanism should remove or invalidate relevant cookies within its control where appropriate.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase data already processed lawfully before withdrawal. You may exercise applicable data protection rights as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. How to Change Your Cookie Preferences
You can change your analytics preferences at any time.
Open Cookie Preferences
You can use this interface to review your current choices, accept or reject optional analytics and save updated preferences.
The preferences control remains accessible after the first visit through this page and the website cookie banner controls.
Your browser also provides controls for deleting cookies and clearing local storage.
Please note that clearing necessary website storage may cause some preferences to be reset.
11. Browser Cookie Controls
Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their privacy or security settings.
Depending on your browser, you may be able to:
- View stored cookies.
- Delete individual cookies.
- Clear all cookies for a website.
- Block third-party cookies.
- Restrict tracking.
- Clear local storage.
- Automatically remove browsing data when closing the browser.
Disabling all cookies or storage technologies may affect features that depend on temporary sessions.
For example, certain form-security or consultation features may require a short-lived session to operate correctly.
Rejecting optional analytics through the website's consent interface should not affect the core operation of the website.
12. Contact Form and Consultation Analytics
We may measure how visitors interact with our contact and consultation features, subject to the applicable consent rules.
Where configured, analytics events may include:
- Opening a consultation interface.
- Starting an AI consultation (
ai_consultation_started). - Completing a qualifying conversation (
ai_consultation_qualified). - Clicking a WhatsApp contact link (
ai_whatsapp_clicked). - Submitting a callback request (
ai_callback_submitted). - Successfully submitting a contact form (
contact_form_submitted/generate_lead).
These events help us understand whether visitors can find relevant information and contact our team successfully.
We do not intentionally include personal identifiers or full consultation messages in analytics event data.
An analytics event indicating that someone clicked a WhatsApp link is not the same as confirmation that a WhatsApp conversation occurred.
Similarly, a contact-form conversion should reflect a successful submission rather than an ordinary page view.
The events listed above reflect the currently deployed analytics configuration on this website.
13. WhatsApp and External Messaging Platforms
Our website may provide buttons or links allowing you to contact us through WhatsApp or another external messaging service.
When you choose to open an external messaging platform, that provider may process information according to its own privacy and cookie policies.
For example, WhatsApp may use technologies associated with its website or application.
Clicking an external link does not mean that Miguelito AI automatically sends your consultation information to every messaging provider.
Where a prefilled message is offered, you should have the opportunity to review it before sending.
Information about personal data shared through messaging services is provided in our Privacy Policy.
14. Viber and Other Optional Integrations
Where an official Viber integration is activated, the website may provide an option to connect to a Viber service for consultation follow-up or summary delivery.
Any cookies or similar technologies associated with the external Viber service are governed by the relevant provider's practices.
We will review and update this policy if a future Viber implementation introduces additional cookies or tracking technologies directly on miguelitoai.pro.
Features that have not been activated should not be represented as currently operating. At the time of this update, no visitor-facing Viber cookie integration is active on the website.
15. Telegram Notifications
Miguelito AI may use Telegram for internal business notifications when consultation requests are submitted.
Server-to-server notification delivery does not necessarily require cookies in a visitor's browser.
If Telegram is used only to deliver internal notifications, it is not automatically a browser cookie category.
The handling of any personal information included in such notifications is explained in our Privacy Policy.
If a Telegram widget, embedded service or visitor-facing integration is introduced in the future, its actual browser-storage behaviour will be assessed separately.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on external providers for specific functions.
Depending on the current implementation, these may include:
Google Analytics
Optional website measurement, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Website hosting and security providers
Infrastructure required to deliver website content and support secure operation.
AI service providers
Processing requested consultation messages; any browser storage and server-side data processing are assessed according to the relevant technical implementation.
Messaging services
External platforms opened when visitors choose to contact us.
Email delivery providers
Delivery of contact and consultation notifications. Ordinary server-side email delivery does not necessarily set browser cookies.
We do not assume that every external service uses cookies on our website simply because its API is used by our server.
17. International Processing
Some service providers may process technical or analytics information outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area.
Where processing involves personal data, we assess applicable GDPR requirements, including international transfer safeguards where necessary.
Depending on the provider and processing arrangement, safeguards may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms.
Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
18. Cookie Lifetimes and Retention
Different technologies remain active for different periods.
Session technologies
Generally expire at the end of the relevant session or after a configured inactivity period. The production PHPSESSID cookie uses browser-session lifetime; server-side session data is subject to the configured garbage-collection lifetime noted above. The AI assistant's mi_consult_sid value is held in session storage for the active browser tab/session.
Consent preferences
May remain in local storage until changed or cleared, unless the implementation applies an explicit expiry.
Google Analytics cookies
Use the default or configured expiration periods described in the analytics inventory.
Server security logs
Are retained separately according to the applicable operational and security retention arrangements.
AI consultation records
Are governed by the consultation service's data-retention policy and should not be confused with browser-cookie expiration.
19. Privacy and Security
We aim to use cookies and similar technologies responsibly.
Our approach includes:
- Limiting optional tracking.
- Respecting visitor preferences.
- Keeping essential functions separate from optional analytics.
- Protecting form and consultation sessions.
- Avoiding unnecessary personal information in analytics.
- Applying secure configuration practices.
- Reviewing third-party integrations before activation.
No browser or internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
For additional information about personal data protection and your rights, please consult our Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when:
- Our website functionality changes.
- New analytics tools are introduced.
- Consultation features are modified.
- Third-party providers change.
- Cookie names or retention settings are updated.
- Applicable laws or regulatory guidance change.
The latest version will be published on this page.
The “Last updated” date will reflect substantive revisions.
Where changes require new or renewed consent, we will update the consent process accordingly.
