Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website or submitting an enquiry.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with the applicable conditions governing its use. Where these terms create contractual obligations, their enforceability remains subject to applicable law.
These website terms do not, by themselves, constitute a contract for paid consulting, software development or managed services. Such services are governed by the applicable quotation, accepted proposal or separately concluded agreement.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the public Miguelito AI website and its associated visitor-facing features.
This includes:
- General website browsing.
- Service and industry information.
- Country and city service pages.
- Our Work and technology portfolio pages.
- Insights and educational articles.
- Published starting prices.
- Contact and consultation enquiry forms.
- AI-assisted business consultation features.
- Consultation summaries and recommendations.
- Links to external communication platforms.
- Other publicly accessible website functionality.
These terms do not automatically govern the use of separate proprietary platforms, private dashboards, client environments or software products that have their own applicable agreements.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement governs the relevant services and takes precedence over these website terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
3. Purpose of the Website
The Miguelito AI website provides information about our capabilities, services, technical approach and selected software projects.
Its purpose is to help visitors understand how custom AI systems and business automation may be applied to their organisations.
Information published on the website is intended for general business and educational purposes.
Although we aim to keep our content accurate and current, website descriptions may not reflect every technical dependency, operational limitation or contractual consideration relevant to a particular project.
The suitability of a solution must be assessed against the requirements of the individual business.
4. Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separately accepted contractual document, website content does not constitute:
- A binding quotation.
- An unconditional offer to provide services.
- A guarantee of technical compatibility.
- A commitment to a delivery date.
- A guarantee of project acceptance.
- A promise of specific business results.
- A warranty that every described capability is available for every implementation.
Illustrations, workflow diagrams, project examples, demonstrations and service descriptions are provided to explain our approach.
Actual project scope, implementation methods, deliverables and commercial terms are established through the applicable proposal or service agreement.
5. Our Services
Miguelito AI provides services in the following areas:
- Custom AI Agents.
- Business Process Automation.
- Customer Service Automation.
- Sales & Lead Automation.
- AI Workflow Integration.
- Document & Administration Automation.
- Marketing Automation.
- SEO & Digital Intelligence.
- Custom AI Platforms.
The availability and suitability of each service depend on the proposed project, technical feasibility, third-party systems, access permissions, applicable laws and other relevant requirements.
We may update our services as technologies, business requirements and available capabilities evolve.
Such changes do not automatically alter an existing signed agreement.
6. Free Introductory Discussion
Miguelito AI offers an initial business discussion lasting up to 20 minutes, subject to availability.
The purpose of this conversation is to understand the general nature of an enquiry, discuss our areas of expertise and determine an appropriate next step.
The free introductory discussion does not ordinarily include:
- A comprehensive technical audit.
- Detailed process mapping.
- Custom system architecture.
- Extensive software compatibility research.
- A complete automation implementation plan.
- A formal feasibility study.
- A detailed commercial proposal requiring substantial research.
Where additional professional assessment is required, we may recommend our paid Business Consultation & Discovery service.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that an introductory appointment will be available at a particular time.
7. Business Consultation & Discovery
Some projects require a structured assessment before development can be accurately scoped.
Our Business Consultation & Discovery service is a separately agreed professional engagement.
Its purpose is to examine the relevant business requirements and provide a preliminary, practical implementation direction.
Depending on the agreed scope, the assessment may cover:
- Business objectives and requirements.
- Existing systems and operational workflows.
- Potential automation opportunities.
- Technical feasibility and integration considerations.
- Relevant security and permission requirements.
- A preliminary solution approach.
- Indicative project scope and budget considerations.
- Recommended implementation priorities.
The exact deliverables, price, payment arrangements and completion conditions will be confirmed before the paid engagement begins.
Extensive market research, detailed technical specifications, proof-of-concept development and complex integration investigations may require separate quotations.
7.1 Discovery fees
For Cyprus, the currently advertised Business Consultation & Discovery starting fee is €500, excluding applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
For international customers, the applicable local-market price may be displayed in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD or AUD.
The price presented and expressly accepted for the particular engagement governs the agreed discovery service.
7.2 Payment
Where paid discovery is required, payment is normally requested before the assessment begins.
A paid engagement is formed only after the applicable terms, scope and price have been accepted through the agreed contracting process.
Submitting an enquiry, using the AI consultation assistant or requesting an appointment does not itself create a paid obligation.
7.3 Discovery credit
Where a qualifying development project proceeds, the full paid discovery fee may be credited against the related one-time implementation price.
The credit applies when the customer signs the qualifying development agreement within 30 calendar days of delivery of the completed discovery assessment.
The discovery credit:
- Applies to the related development engagement.
- Is applied once.
- Is credited against the agreed one-time development price.
- Does not apply to optional monthly management fees.
- Is not a transferable cash credit.
- Does not automatically apply to unrelated future projects.
The credit arrangement must be reflected in the applicable commercial proposal.
7.4 If a customer does not proceed
A completed discovery assessment is a standalone professional service.
The customer is not required to proceed with software development after receiving the assessment.
Any cancellation, refund or withdrawal rights are governed by the accepted discovery terms and applicable law.
The discovery-credit arrangement does not replace statutory rights or create an automatic waiver of legally required cancellation protections.
8. Published Prices and Quotations
The website may display starting prices for implementation and optional ongoing management.
These figures represent indicative entry points for defined scopes.
Published starting prices are not fixed quotations for every project.
Final pricing may depend on:
- Complexity of the required workflows.
- Number and type of integrations.
- Quality and availability of third-party APIs.
- Data migration and preparation.
- Authentication and access permissions.
- Number of users and operating locations.
- Custom interface requirements.
- Security and compliance requirements.
- Testing and acceptance criteria.
- Hosting and infrastructure requirements.
- Support and maintenance obligations.
- Required implementation stages.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies for different geographic markets.
Unless otherwise stated, published prices exclude applicable taxes and separately chargeable third-party services.
Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be determined according to the customer, location, type of service and relevant tax rules.
A binding price is established through the applicable accepted quotation or agreement.
We may update advertised prices without changing the agreed pricing of an existing contract.
9. Development and Ongoing Management
Custom development and ongoing management are separate commercial services unless an accepted agreement expressly combines them.
One-time implementation fees may cover specifically defined development deliverables, configuration, integration, testing and handover activities.
Ongoing management, where selected, may cover agreed monitoring, maintenance, technical support and operational assistance.
Monthly starting prices do not automatically include:
- Unlimited software development.
- Unlimited change requests.
- Unlimited AI API usage.
- Unlimited third-party service costs.
- Unrestricted cloud infrastructure.
- Continuous human support.
- Guaranteed response times.
- Additional modules outside the agreed scope.
- Integrations not included in the proposal.
The exact scope and exclusions must be defined in the relevant agreement.
Ongoing management is optional unless a particular service has an expressly agreed dependency or minimum term.
Where suitable, projects may be delivered with documented handover arrangements.
10. AI Business Consultation Assistant
The website may include an AI-powered Business Consultation Assistant to help visitors explore potential automation solutions.
The assistant is designed to interpret business requirements, ask relevant questions, recommend suitable service categories and help visitors request human follow-up.
The assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a human consultant.
Its responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, omissions or misunderstandings.
AI-generated recommendations are preliminary and should not be treated as a final professional assessment.
The assistant does not:
- Enter into contracts on our behalf.
- Approve project budgets.
- Guarantee technical compatibility.
- Provide binding quotations.
- Confirm implementation schedules.
- Guarantee financial savings.
- Guarantee business outcomes.
- Authorise access to customer systems.
- Make irreversible operational changes to customer environments.
Any proposed solution remains subject to review by our team and, where appropriate, a structured discovery process.
11. Responsible Use of the AI Assistant
Visitors must use the AI consultation feature lawfully and responsibly.
When communicating with the assistant, please provide information relevant to your enquiry.
Do not submit:
- Passwords or authentication tokens.
- Payment card information.
- Confidential access credentials.
- Sensitive third-party personal information without a lawful basis.
- Unnecessary medical or special-category personal data.
- Malicious code.
- Unlawful or abusive material.
- Information you are not authorised to share.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you voluntarily provide may lawfully be disclosed for consultation purposes.
We may apply technical limits, security checks and reasonable abuse-prevention measures to protect the service.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
12. Consultation Summaries and Follow-Up
The AI consultation system may generate a preliminary summary of your business requirements.
A summary may describe:
- The problem presented.
- Existing workflows identified during the conversation.
- Potential automation opportunities.
- Relevant Miguelito AI services.
- Suggested next steps.
These summaries are intended to support communication between the visitor and our team.
They do not constitute an approved technical specification, final project scope or guaranteed implementation plan.
Where you request follow-up, the relevant information may be provided to authorised personnel for review.
You may be offered the option to receive or share a summary through email or an external messaging service.
The availability of these features depends on the systems currently enabled.
13. WhatsApp, Viber and Messaging Services
Our website may provide links or integrations with external communication platforms, including WhatsApp and, where available, Viber.
These services are operated by independent providers and are subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
When you choose to open a messaging application, you may leave the Miguelito AI website or interact with an external service.
A prefilled message is provided for convenience and should be reviewed before sending.
Opening a messaging link does not automatically confirm an appointment, establish a service agreement or guarantee an immediate response.
Any automated messaging features will operate only where the applicable technical and legal requirements have been met.
We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to external messaging platforms beyond our reasonable control.
14. Callback Requests and Response Times
Visitors may request follow-up by telephone, WhatsApp, email or another supported contact method.
Where advertised, Miguelito AI may aim to respond within 3–5 business hours during its published operating hours.
This is a service objective rather than a guaranteed response time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Response times may be affected by:
- Business operating hours.
- Public holidays.
- Time-zone differences.
- Enquiry volume.
- Technical interruptions.
- Staff availability.
- The complexity of the enquiry.
Where operating hours have not been published or confirmed, we will endeavour to respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
A callback request does not itself create a scheduled appointment.
15. Contact Forms and Business Enquiries
When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You should not impersonate another person or submit contact information that you are not authorised to use.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee:
- Acceptance as a customer.
- Availability for a particular project.
- A fixed price.
- A development commitment.
- A specific response time.
- A completed consultation booking.
We may request additional information before determining whether we can assist.
We may decline enquiries for legitimate business, technical, capacity, legal or security reasons, subject to applicable obligations.
Personal data submitted through website forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Project Proposals and Separate Agreements
Where a prospective customer wishes to proceed, we may provide a written proposal or service agreement.
Depending on the engagement, that document may specify:
- Project scope.
- Functional requirements.
- Deliverables.
- Responsibilities of each party.
- Implementation stages.
- Pricing and payment schedule.
- Acceptance procedures.
- Change-request arrangements.
- Software and third-party dependencies.
- Intellectual property rights.
- Licensing.
- Hosting arrangements.
- Data protection obligations.
- Support and maintenance.
- Confidentiality.
- Suspension and termination.
- Dispute-resolution provisions.
Such matters are governed by the accepted project agreement rather than by general marketing descriptions on the website.
No separate software-development obligation arises merely from browsing the website or interacting with the AI assistant.
17. Customer Responsibilities in Contracted Projects
Where a project agreement has been concluded, customers may be required to provide accurate information, necessary decisions, appropriate system access and timely approvals.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority to permit access to their systems and data.
They must also comply with applicable laws concerning personal information, intellectual property and third-party software.
Specific customer responsibilities are defined in the relevant service agreement.
Any resulting delay, cost adjustment or scope change must be handled under the applicable contractual terms.
This section does not independently impose obligations on ordinary website visitors who have not entered into a service agreement.
18. Third-Party Software and Integrations
Miguelito AI solutions may involve software, APIs, cloud platforms, communication providers or AI services operated by third parties.
Compatibility and availability depend on the relevant provider's interfaces, documentation, permissions, licensing and technical conditions.
Third-party providers may:
- Modify their APIs.
- Change pricing.
- Apply usage limits.
- Introduce restrictions.
- Experience outages.
- Discontinue functionality.
We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of third-party services.
For contracted projects, responsibilities relating to third-party dependencies, subscription costs and changes are established in the relevant agreement.
Website content describing possible integrations does not constitute a guarantee of compatibility with a specific customer environment.
19. Our Work and Proprietary Platforms
The Our Work section presents selected software platforms, AI systems and technology projects developed by our team through Miguelito AI and Bricat Media.
These may include proprietary products, internal systems, public demonstrations and projects at different development stages.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, portfolio material is provided to demonstrate technical capabilities and development approaches.
Descriptions, screenshots and examples should not be interpreted as guarantees that every feature is commercially available or included in a particular service package.
Some demonstrations may use fictional or illustrative data.
Access to a public project website does not automatically grant access to its private administration, source code or underlying software infrastructure.
Use of any separately operated platform is subject to its own applicable terms.
20. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original content, design elements, graphics, software components, written materials and branding are owned by or licensed to the business operating Miguelito AI and Bricat Media.
This includes, where applicable:
- Website text and original articles.
- Original design assets.
- Miguelito AI branding.
- Illustrations and graphics.
- Proprietary software demonstrations.
- Original interface designs.
- Case-study presentations.
- Website code and components.
Third-party trademarks, software, fonts and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No ownership of third-party material is claimed merely because it appears on the website.
You may access and view the website for lawful personal or internal business reference.
You may not, without appropriate authorisation:
- Reproduce substantial protected content for commercial redistribution.
- Misrepresent our work as your own.
- Use our trademarks to suggest endorsement or partnership.
- Redistribute proprietary software.
- Extract or reuse private application code.
- Circumvent access restrictions.
These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable copyright law or other mandatory legal rights.
Ownership and licensing of deliverables created for a paying customer are determined by that customer's applicable project agreement.
21. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to use the website in a manner that is unlawful, abusive or harmful to other users or our infrastructure.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting unauthorised access.
- Circumventing authentication or security controls.
- Interfering with website availability.
- Introducing malicious code.
- Sending spam or abusive submissions.
- Attempting to exploit the AI assistant or its backend services.
- Using forms to impersonate others.
- Harvesting personal information unlawfully.
- Making excessive automated requests that disrupt the website.
- Attempting to access private administrative systems without permission.
Automated access must respect applicable law, technical safeguards and the website's reasonable operating limits.
Nothing in this section prohibits legitimate security research or activity otherwise protected by applicable law.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate protective measures.
22. Website Availability and Maintenance
We aim to maintain a reliable, accessible and secure website.
However, the website or individual features may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Security updates.
- Infrastructure failures.
- Network interruptions.
- Third-party service disruptions.
- Software defects.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this public marketing website.
Where necessary, we may temporarily restrict access to protect website security, correct a technical issue or maintain service integrity.
This does not alter any separately agreed service-level commitments under a client contract.
23. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and relevant information.
Nevertheless, technical capabilities, service descriptions, prices and third-party integrations may change.
Website content may contain errors or become outdated.
We may correct inaccuracies and update content without prior notice.
Information regarding software capabilities should be evaluated in the context of the actual project requirements.
You should not make significant technical, financial, legal or operational decisions solely on the basis of a website article or AI-generated consultation response.
Where specialist advice is required, obtain appropriate professional guidance.
24. Third-Party Links and Websites
Our website may contain links to external websites, software projects, publications, social platforms and other services.
Some linked projects may be operated by businesses within our wider portfolio, while others are independent third parties.
Their websites may have separate terms, privacy policies and service arrangements.
The inclusion of a link does not automatically imply an endorsement, partnership or contractual relationship with an independent third party.
We are not responsible for external services beyond our legal responsibilities and reasonable control.
25. Privacy, Cookies and Personal Data
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
These documents address matters including:
- Contact information.
- Enquiry processing.
- AI consultation messages.
- Consultation summaries.
- Lead notifications.
- Analytics.
- Cookies and browser storage.
- Data recipients and transfers.
- Data retention.
- Applicable privacy rights.
By using the website, you acknowledge that these policies provide information about our processing practices.
Where consent is legally required, use of the website alone does not replace that consent.
26. Consumer Rights and Distance Contracts
Miguelito AI primarily provides business-to-business services.
However, where a customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protection rights continue to apply.
If paid consultation or other services are sold remotely to consumers, the applicable pre-contractual information, cancellation and withdrawal requirements must be addressed before the contract is concluded.
Any legally applicable withdrawal period, exception or obligation to pay for services commenced during that period must be handled in accordance with the relevant law.
A consumer's statutory rights cannot be removed merely by describing a discovery payment as non-refundable.
Where an express request to begin services early or a specific acknowledgement is legally required, it must be obtained through the appropriate contracting process.
These website terms do not override mandatory statutory protections.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
The public website and its informational features are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
- The website will operate without interruption.
- Every published statement will remain current.
- Every feature will be continuously available.
- AI-generated responses will be free from error.
- Every described integration will be compatible with a visitor's systems.
- A specific project will achieve particular commercial outcomes.
- The website will satisfy every individual business requirement.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contracted services remain subject to the express terms and mandatory obligations applicable to their respective agreements.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miguelito AI and the relevant operating business are not responsible for losses arising solely from a visitor's unreasonable reliance on general informational content or preliminary AI-generated suggestions.
We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including liability arising from fraud, intentional wrongdoing or other matters protected by mandatory law.
These limitations do not replace or reduce express obligations undertaken under an accepted project or consulting agreement.
Any contractual limitation of liability for paid services must be established in the relevant agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
29. Changes to the Website and Services
We may modify the website to improve security, functionality, accessibility, performance or content.
We may also introduce or discontinue informational features, update service descriptions and revise publicly advertised starting prices.
Changes to the marketing website do not automatically amend signed customer contracts.
Where an existing contractual relationship is affected by a proposed change, the applicable agreement and legal requirements govern how that change may be made.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our website, services, operational processes or legal obligations.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes will generally apply to website use after publication, subject to applicable law.
We do not rely solely on continued browsing to impose new material payment obligations or retrospectively alter an existing agreement.
Where additional acceptance or notice is required, we will take the appropriate steps.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.
Disputes arising from use of the public website may be brought before the competent courts of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rules or consumer protections that apply.
Nothing in this clause removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
The governing law and dispute-resolution provisions for paid consulting, development or managed services are determined by the relevant accepted agreement.
